Throughout Jennifer's career she has alway worked in a helping profession. She has a strong desire to support individuals to become the best possible version of themselves. Jennifer takes a holistic approach to get to know each individual in their own uniqueness. With this information, Jennifer uses her training in a variety of counselling approaches to support the individual/couple/family in achieving their goals. Her training and experience includes: Humanistic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (in August of 2018), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (in October of 2018), Exposure Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Strength Base Approaches, and Biopsychosocial Approaches.
