You will learn how to set goals in a way that has been empirically supported to best support you in accomplishing them.
Once you have defined your goals, you will set a manageable action plan of accomplishment.
With ongoing monitoring of your goals, created in a way that is meaningful to you, you will accomplish your goals and be able to create new ones!
The program will begin by meeting once per week for the first month. Following this, the group will meet once per month to monitor your goals, explore any possible barriers, or create supports moving forward.
