Jennifer has an extensive education in psychology and counselling, in addition to sports psychology, and triathlon coaching. This combination provides an optimal foundation to support clients with a variety of approaches. She also has her own experience with sport: competing in over 12 triathlons, including half-ironman and ironman distances. With this, Jennifer has first hand knowledge of some of the challenges athletes face during training and competition.
With this knowledge, Jennifer has supported many different athletes from those who just want to gain balance in their lives while living a healthy lifestyle to elite performers. These sessions have been facilitated both in house and onsite with a variety of teams and individuals.
